Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of buy.six4life.com (the “Site”) and purchases from RGGR LLC d/b/a Six4Life (“Six4Life,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. These Terms also govern the optional Creator Studio. If you do not agree, do not use the Site, Creator Studio, or place an order.

1. Eligibility and customer information

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate contact, payment, and delivery information. You are responsible for reviewing the delivery address before submitting an order.

2. Products and product information

We work to describe and display products accurately. Screen settings and manufacturing variations may cause minor differences in color, texture, or appearance. Product availability may change without notice. Product-specific instructions, warnings, specifications, and care information shown on the product page or packaging are part of these Terms.

For shoe-care products, check and follow the shoe maker’s care label before washing. Use the product only as directed. Remove laces or insoles when the shoe maker recommends it, and air-dry unless the care label permits machine drying.

3. Orders, prices, and payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. The amount shown at checkout is the amount you authorize us to charge. Shipping is included when the product page and checkout expressly say so. We may reject or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, an obvious pricing or description error, product unavailability, an invalid delivery address, or another legitimate business reason. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid to the original payment method.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your complete card number. Your use of Stripe’s payment service may also be governed by Stripe’s applicable terms.

4. Shipping and delivery

We currently accept delivery addresses in the United States that our checkout permits. Any delivery window is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. The current product’s estimated delivery window is 6–14 days. Carrier delays, weather, address problems, customs processing, and other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

If we cannot ship within the time promised, we will notify you and give you the choice to agree to the delay or cancel the affected order for a full refund. If an order cannot be shipped, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

5. Returns and refunds

The return policy displayed on the applicable product page at the time of purchase governs that purchase. The policy for the current product is: 30 days. If it doesn't do what the video shows, email us and we refund you in full — you don't need to ship it back.

Contact us within the stated return period and include enough information to identify the order. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Bank and card processing times may affect when the credit appears. Nothing in these Terms limits a refund, warranty, or other right that cannot legally be limited.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the Site to:

• violate a law or another person’s rights;
• submit false, fraudulent, or unauthorized orders or payment information;
• interfere with the Site’s security, availability, or operation;
• introduce malware or attempt unauthorized access; or
• copy, scrape, or exploit Site content for a competing commercial purpose.

7. Intellectual property

The Six4Life name, Site design, original text, graphics, videos, and other Site content are owned by us or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Site for personal shopping and other lawful, noncommercial purposes. No other rights are granted.

8. Creator Studio and connected accounts

The optional Creator Studio lets you connect a supported social-media account, preview an original Six4Life video, select available posting settings, and either publish it directly or send it to that platform as a draft. Connecting an account does not itself upload or publish content. You must review the exact video and expressly authorize each transfer.

You may use Creator Studio only with an account you are authorized to control. You remain responsible for the caption, audience, interaction settings, and final post; the connected platform's terms and community rules also apply. You may disconnect at any time. A disconnect stops future access but does not retract content already transferred or published.

9. Third-party services and links

We use third parties for services such as payment processing, hosting, shipping, and order fulfillment. A link to a third-party site does not mean we control or endorse all of its content. Third-party services may have their own terms. Nothing in this section removes our obligations to you as the seller of your order.

10. Disclaimers

Except for the express promises in these Terms or on the product page, the Site and products are provided on an “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the Site will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not exclude any warranty or consumer protection that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Six4Life will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site or a product. Our total liability for a claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product at issue. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot be limited for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or personal injury.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a lawsuit, you and Six4Life agree to make a good-faith attempt to resolve the dispute through customer support. If it cannot be resolved, claims may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Forsyth County, North Carolina, except where applicable consumer law permits or requires another forum. Either party may bring an eligible claim in small-claims court.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and effective date on this page. Changes apply prospectively. The terms displayed when you placed an order continue to govern that order.

14. General provisions

If a court finds part of these Terms unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or transfer of the business. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent.
