Six4Life legal
Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 25, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how RGGR LLC d/b/a Six4Life (“Six4Life,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information when you visit buy.six4life.com, place an order, contact us, or choose to connect a supported social-media account to our publishing tools.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Order and delivery information: name, email address, telephone number, delivery address, products ordered, order amount, and delivery or refund status.
- Customer-support information: the content of messages you send us and any information you provide so we can identify or resolve an order issue.
- Social publishing information: content, captions, settings, and instructions you choose to submit when using a supported account-connection or publishing feature.
Payment information
Stripe processes card payments. We receive transaction details such as the checkout-session or payment identifier, payment status, amount, and limited billing or customer details needed to manage the order. We do not receive or store your complete payment-card number.
Information collected automatically
When you use the Site, we may collect the date and time of a visit, referring page, browser or device user-agent, campaign and creative identifiers, click identifiers supplied in a link, and whether a visit resulted in checkout or purchase. Hosting and security systems may also process an IP address and technical logs to deliver and protect the Site.
Connected social-media accounts
If you choose to connect TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, or another supported platform, that platform may provide an account identifier, display or profile information permitted by the approved scope, authorization and refresh tokens, publishing permissions, content metadata, and publishing-status information. We request only the permissions needed for the feature you choose. We use connected-account data to authenticate the account, show which account is being used, and publish or check content only after an authorized user directs us to do so.
2. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- create, process, fulfill, track, support, cancel, and refund orders;
- communicate about purchases, delivery, support requests, and material service changes;
- detect fraud, abuse, bots, security incidents, and technical failures;
- measure visits, checkout activity, purchases, and campaign performance;
- operate user-directed social authorization and publishing features;
- maintain business, tax, accounting, dispute, and compliance records; and
- improve the Site, products, customer service, and operations.
3. When we disclose information
We may disclose personal information to:
- Payment processors, including Stripe, to authorize and manage payments and refunds;
- Suppliers, fulfillment providers, and carriers that need order and delivery information to prepare and deliver a purchase;
- Hosting, database, security, analytics, and operational providers that help us run and protect the Site and are permitted to use information only for the services they provide to us;
- Connected social-media platforms when an authorized user requests a post, upload, authorization, or status check;
- Authorities or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce our agreements, protect rights and safety, or respond to lawful process; and
- A successor organization in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.
4. No sale of personal information
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may use first-party campaign attribution to understand which link, post, or advertisement led to a Site visit or purchase.
5. Cookies and attribution
The Site may set a signed first-party cookie named ro_attr. It stores a random visit
identifier for up to 30 days so we can connect a campaign visit with a later checkout or
purchase. The cookie does not contain your name, email address, or payment-card information.
You can block or delete cookies using your browser settings; doing so may prevent campaign
attribution but should not prevent basic browsing.
Stripe and other services used during checkout may set their own cookies or process device information under their privacy policies. We do not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals. Because we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, we do not offer an opt-out for those practices.
6. Data retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including fulfillment, customer support, accounting, tax, chargeback, fraud, security, and legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type. Connected-platform tokens are retained until they expire, are revoked, the connection is removed, or they are no longer needed. We may retain limited records after a deletion request when required by law or reasonably necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Do not send passwords, complete payment-card numbers, or developer client secrets through ordinary customer-support email.
8. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information; obtain a portable copy; or appeal a denied privacy request. You may also revoke a connected social account through that platform’s settings. Revocation stops future access but may not remove an already published post or records we must retain.
To submit a request, use the contact information below and describe the request. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and protect the account or order. You may use an authorized agent where applicable law permits it. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
9. Children’s privacy
The Site and connected publishing tools are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it as required by law.
10. International processing
We are based in the United States. Service providers and connected platforms may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate. Those locations may have different data-protection laws than your location.
11. Third-party sites and services
This Policy does not govern the independent privacy practices of Stripe, TikTok, Meta, Google, carriers, or other third parties. Review their policies before using their services. A link or integration does not mean we control the third party’s privacy practices.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our practices, services, or legal obligations. We will post the revised Policy on this page and update the effective date. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice when required by law.
